We know sometimes a return is required, so we will make it easy for you!!
- Send as an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with you order invoice
- Wait for our response (we will respond as soon as we can), we will send you a document with the confirmation number.
- Send back the product to our warehouse address. Please reuse our satchel if possible, its made for that!
- We will let you know as soon we receive it and proceed with the refund

- How many days do I have to return something?
You have 10 days from the day your order arrived to make a return, if you won’t make it, we can evaluate your case. Please ensure that the item is on resaleble conditions with tags and labels on attach to it.
- Can I return a sale or promotional item?
In these cases, you can only exchange them or have a credit note for your next purchase.
- Faulty item, what do I do?
We double and triple check our products before sending them to the customers but we are only humans so no worries, send it back to us and we will fix it, replace it or proceed as a return. The postage is on us! Follow the return steps and you will have an answer after we have checked the product and will be notify with the procedure.
Please attach a picture of the item and the faulty in you email, so it would be easier for our team to process your case.
- Oops, wrong size, what should I do?
Follow the return steps and we will exchange the size or colour for you.
- Who is responsible for the item on transit?
The sender is responsible for the item being sent, we use Australian Post our orders, we recommend you do the same, just go with the secure option!
